Meet Your Guide for the Healing Journey:
I’m Kimberly I’m a licensed therapist, providing services in-person or online in Fort Smith, Arkansas, and online in Colorado. I became a therapist because of my own healing journey, and today, I’m passionate about using the one-on-one relational space of therapy to facilitate transformation in clients who are committed to their own growth.
Where I differ from many therapists is this: I don’t believe the journey needs to be long. Collaborating with my clients, I create a structured approach to treatment with clear goals, so we always keep our eyes on why we’re meeting. I have years of experience in helping clients heal, gain confidence, and solve problems. In my work, I bring together a relational approach with cutting-edge therapy modalities, including EMDR, polyvagal theory, Ego State Therapy, and more.
I believe every client deserves a therapy experience tailored to their needs, that will help them achieve their goals in the shortest time possible. While I can’t predict how long therapy will last, most people see some improvement after only 6-12 sessions. If you need immediate results, I also offer therapy intensives. We’ll work together to create a treatment plan that works for you.
